The distribution of the model file to others is strictly prohibited.

Allowed to stream and create monetized content using the model on any media platform of your choice.

Must visibly credit me, Clovairy or @tasyaachan_ on X, as a rigger when use the commissioned work.

Using the commissioned work in NFTs, cryptocurrency, AI, or related technologies is strictly prohibited.

The model may not be used to incite hate, harassment, or illegal activities.

By commissioning my services, you agree to the following Terms of Service, and Refund Policy set between Clovairy as the "Rigger" and yourself as the "Client" regarding the creation of the commissioned work.

Rigger.reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason, at any point in the process. If I feel I’m unable to handle your model.

I may refuse to add toggles/animation that I cannot handle.

Commission slot are not a first come first serve basis.

I reserve the right to showcase the finished rig on my pages, with credit provided unless requested otherwise (NDA).

I reserve the right to request file revisions during the progress if necessary.

I cannot be held responsible for any misunderstandings or issues that may occur if the commissioner fails to thoroughly read and understand my Terms of Service.

If my terms are violated, the person responsible will be blacklisted and cannot commission from me in the future.

PSD File must be prepared in advance (naming, grouping and layering must be standardized). Please confirm the PSD file before sending it to me.

If the PSD file is not standardized, I might ask you to fix it. Additional fee will be charged if I need to fix it myself.

Please ensure the model, especially the face, is centered on the canvas, facing forward, and as symmetrical as possible.

Please be specific with the features you want added as well as reference image. If you could, make a lists of toggles/expression you want.

If your base file is simple, the final result may not appear as detailed as my other samples. Unless you ask your artist to add more details beforehand. If the artist refuses, I will rig the model as it is.

The price may be increased if there are too many asymmetries in the model.

You will only receive the face tracking file (moc3). You can purchase the main file (cmo3) with price 2x (+100%) of the final quote.

Final product is the VTS folder with the .moc3 and json files included toggles.

DO NOT request Vbridger if you are not an Iphone user (model 10 and up), if you are planning to use Vbridger with webcam (RTX/Mediapipe), then you need a regular mouth, not a Vbridger mouth

Cheekpuff or Tongue out require specific graphics, if they are not on your .PSD I wont rig those parameters. Cheekpuff in particular can be rigged but is barely noticible to be worth it with out the graphics, be wary and talk to your model artist about it!

Prices are subject to change, price are an estimate and may vary on final quote.

The prices are in IDR and USD. I accept USD via Paypal or VGen; and IDR via BCA.

Payment plan is available for commissions with a minimum total of $150 or IDR 1300k. Milestone options include 50% upfront, 50/50, or 50/25/25 payment splits. Please note that the upfront payment is non-refundable.

Payment must be made in upfront once I approve your commission and we have agreed on all commission details. A PayPal invoice will then be sent to the email address you provided.

If payment is not completed within 4 days of the invoice being issued, the commission will be canceled unless otherwise discussed in advance.

If payment is made after the agreed start date, the deadline will be adjusted to begin from the time payment is received.

Submitting a commission request but failing to respond to communication, neglecting to complete payment without notice, or delaying payment with unreasonable excuses will result in being blacklisted from future commissions. Please make sure you have proper financial planning. If you're unsure about your model’s price, feel free to contact me. I can review your files first and give you a rough quote before you decide.

Refunds. Refund will be issued if I am unable to to provide any progress or updates from the start of the project until the deadline.

If I have already shown substantial progress (WIPs, VTS previews, etc.) and I need to request a deadline extension for valid reasons, declining the extension and demanding a refund will count as a TOS violation. The client may be blacklisted and will forfeit all rights to the work.

If you pay early to reserve a slot and then request a refund before the agreed start date, I may decline the refund. Once your slot is secured and the start date is set, payments are considered non-refundable.

If the commission has to be cancelled due to the client's cause, the deposit will be non-refundable.

If I cannot finish the commission due to my own cause, you'll be issued a full refund.

Refunds will not be issued once I have started the project, the project is finalized, or the files have been delivered.

I cannot be held responsible for any personal financial issues. Please do not request a refund for this reason, as doing so will result in blacklisting from future commissions.

Revisions. may incur additional charges. Minor revisions are free, though there is a limit to the number of minor changes allowed. Major revisions, whether before or after the final delivery, will incur additional fees. (fee TBD)

After delivery, minor adjustments are still handled by me, so please don’t hesitate to ask if something feels off or needs fixing, as long as it doesn’t change the overall look.

I only provide rigging-related revisions. If you’re unsatisfied with the result due to art-related issues (e.g., the model appears flat or the shading looks off), please contact your artist for an art revision.

All art revisions must be handled by your artist. If neither of us is able to contact them, a $20 – $50 fee will apply for .PSD adjustments (such as cutting or filling voids). This fee covers all revisions needed within the project timeline, and you may request the revised PSD file for your own reference or study. Please note that these adjustments will require extra time, so the project timeline may change.

If your artist needs more than 5 days to finish their revisions, you must contact them, and I will need to extend the project deadline. If the artist cannot provide the necessary revision, you will be charged for the adjustments I have to make before I can continue rigging.

Deadline. The project start date and final deadline will be discussed and agreed upon before I begin the project. A rush fee may apply for deadlines set shorter than the standard delivery time.

Delivery. My turnaround time is based on working days (Sundays not included).

Silver Tier usually takes around 30 working days, while Gold Tier and complex models may take 1–3 months.

The timeline may extend if there are communication delays, slow feedback, project complexity, or health-related issues. If any significant delays occur, I will notify you as soon as possible.

Please consider this timeline when planning your debut before commissioning me.

Rush Fee. A 100% rush fee will be applied to urgent projects, plus an additional $20–$50 if file revisions are required. These fees are non-negotiable due to the tight timeline. I may also request the artist’s raw PSD if certain textures need adjustments.

I can only take rush commissions within these timeframes:

- Silver Tier : finished in 15–20 working days

- Gold Tier / Complex Models : finished in 30–45 working days

I cannot accept rush requests with deadlines shorter than the ranges above.

Use. Commercial use is included with the purchase of a VTuber model rigging. Commercial use includes activities such as streaming, selling, or anything used to expand on your brand.

Intellectual Property Rights. The client becomes the owner of the VTuber character Intellectual Property.

Clovairy (as the rigger) will only refer to the model as hers for portfolio/promotion/educational proposes, not actual ownership of the character or the product itself.

DO NOT share or resell the model. If you ever need to sell or transfer ownership of the model, you must inform me first.
